The Visual Control system is equipped with high technology, easy to use and inspects all surfaces continuously against production defects.

High Technology

ARVASIS In-Line Quality Control System is designed with high technology to detect the visual defects. Production defects is detected real time in production lines immediately, a warning light is activated and if required a fault signal could be supplied to the automation system of the production line. Defects are recorded with timestamp and could be shared with manufacturing execution system (MES).

Building blocks of the system, their functions and capacities are optimized especially for products and process to be able to detect defects in a best way.

ARVASİS In-Line Quality Control Equipment consist of smart cameras developed by ARVASIS, a high-capacity computer, special illumination systems, artificial intelligence software and user-friendly interface.

CAMERAS

Basic system has 3 cameras. Depending on product more cameras can be implemented.

Cameras can be position around product to capture best images by use of a special ring.

ILLUMINATION

Specially developed LED illumination system is a must for a good defect detection.

For perfect image capture, light intensity can be adjusted as well as reflection from surfaces are minimized.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

AI software is developed by ARVASIS. Initially AI learns good product free of defects.

During operation it detects the possible production defects on products if they occur. It initiates a visual alarm and displays the defects on the screen. In the meantime, images with defect are logged and if required alarm signal could be supplied to automation systems.

IMAGE PROCESSING

Before accurate analysis of surface images, they need to be processed (filter applications, etc.).

ERGONOMIC DESIGN

ARVASIS In-Line Quality Control Equipment is designed not to restrict the production constraints. It could be placed easily in production line and occupy minimal space.

It could be placed on a mobile platform which ensures easy maneuver to place it on the line. Height could also be adjusted with hydraulic piston. It has no contact with the product. It could be placed within the production line and can be taken out easily with opening cover without stopping production

EASY APPLICATION

ARVASİS In-Line Quality Control Equipment is an integrated system facilitating Place, Train and Run. All the software and hardware are ready to operate. No need for other add- ins.

The equipment is easily placed in production line with respect to product, then camera and light positions are easily positioned for best images. Camera parameters and LED illuminations are configured. After training the system with a good product.
